Your use of the WagelPaw website creates a binding agreement between you and WagelPaw. This page explains what we each agree to, and the commitments we make to one another. If you cannot accept these terms, you should not access or interact with the Site.
What You Agree To
Engaging with this Site means you accept a set of rules that govern our relationship. These Terms of Use operate alongside our Privacy Notice and any Terms of Purchase that apply to your transactions—together, they form the complete understanding between us. The current version of this document was last updated in October 2026. Whenever you access or interact with the Site, these terms are in effect, and they remain binding until your use ends, though certain provisions will naturally survive beyond that point.
Your Commitments to Us
Your obligations begin with the accuracy of the information you provide. Whether you submit details through the Site or through any other channel, those details must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete; you also commit to updating and correcting that information promptly when necessary. Beyond that, your responsibilities extend to how you use the Site and what you share on it.
Regarding your use of the Site, you receive a limited, personal, non-commercial right to access and interact with the content. This right can be withdrawn at any time. You may view, copy, and print materials for your own non-commercial purposes, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. However, your obligations exclude a specific set of prohibited actions:
- Using the Site or its content for the benefit of a competitor or another third party.
- Caching, unauthorized linking, or framing any part of the Site.
- Modifying, distributing, transmitting, selling, or creating derivative works from Site content without proper rights.
- Uploading viruses, malware, or any code that could harm the Site or its users.

- Placing an unreasonable or excessive load on our infrastructure.
- Bypassing any security or access restrictions we put in place.
You are responsible for your own internet access and any associated fees. Any unauthorized access immediately ends the license we have granted you.
When you submit, post, or publish content on the Site, you alone bear responsibility for that material. Your obligations include refraining from sharing anything that is confidential, infringes intellectual property, invades privacy, or is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. You must not use false identifying information or impersonate anyone else. Additionally, by making content available—excluding personal information covered by our Privacy Notice—you grant us a license that is perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive. This license allows us to use, copy, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, and sublicense that content in any medium. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to grant this license, and that we do not need to obtain permission from or provide attribution to you or any third party.
Your commitments also include a duty to indemnify and hold harmless WagelPaw and its related parties from any liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ and experts’ fees—that arise from your breach of these Terms of Use, your breach of the Terms of Purchase, fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence on your part, or your violation of any law or third-party rights. We retain the right to control the defense and settlement of any such claim, and you may not settle a claim without our prior written consent.
Finally, you agree that any cause of action related to the Site must be filed within one (1) year of when it accrues; after that period, the claim is permanently barred. You also acknowledge that all product prices listed on the Site do not include applicable taxes, and depending on the tax regulations of your country or region, taxes ranging from 0% to 30% may be added at checkout. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else without our prior written consent, and any attempted transfer without consent is void.
Your Rights and Limits
Your rights include the ability to view, copy, and print Site content for non-commercial use, as described above. You also have the right to send us a written notice if you believe your intellectual property has been infringed. To do so, direct your notice to our Copyright Agent at support@WagelPaw.com, and include a physical or electronic signature of the rights holder, a description of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material and its location on the Site, your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email), a statement of your good faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. Beyond these rights, your remedies are limited: if you are dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site, and our liability is capped as described later in these terms.
Our Commitments to You
Our commitments include providing the Site and its content, and handling your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which is available at WagelPaw. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in that notice. We also commit to sending notices and communications to the email address you provide; these are considered delivered and effective when sent. Furthermore, we agree that all notices, disclosures, and agreements can be provided to you electronically, and that these satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
Our Rights and Limits
Our rights include the ability to manage access to the Site at our discretion—we may refuse registration, remove a user, or limit or terminate access at any time, without notice, and for any reason, without affecting any other rights or remedies we may have. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is owned by us, our licensors, or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed belong to us or third parties, and you may not use them for any purpose, including as meta tags, without written permission from the owner.
We also hold the right to transfer these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, to any third party at our sole discretion. Our limits include a disclaimer of warranties: the Site and all content, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses; any content you download is at your own risk. Additionally, our liability is limited—WagelPaw and its related parties will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, any linked resources, or any products or services purchased. This includes damages from delays, inability to use the Site, or unauthorized access to your data.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised version on the Site; you cannot modify these terms on your own. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We are also not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, which include:
- Weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of God.
- Acts of war, terrorism, insurrection, riots, civil disorder, or rebellion.
- Quarantines or embargoes.
- Labor strikes.
Regarding purchases, items are shipped by a third-party carrier under a shipment contract, and the risk of loss and title transfer to you once we deliver the items to the carrier. The Site may contain links to other websites, which we provide for convenience only; we do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products, or services, and different terms and privacy policies will apply.
When Things Go Wrong
If a dispute arises, your obligations include the duty to indemnify us as described earlier. Our rights include the ability to control the defense and settlement of any claim. You also agree to the one-year time limit for bringing claims, and you accept that our liability is limited as outlined above. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the invalid provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intent as closely as possible. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right, these terms do not create any rights for third parties, and a printed version of these terms is admissible in legal proceedings.
How We Resolve Disputes
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms of Use must be resolved through final and binding arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in London, United Kingdom, and conducted in English, with a single arbitrator appointed by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). These Terms of Use and your relationship with us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For any claims that are not subject to arbitration, both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
